Terms & Conditions for Multipurc

Welcome to Multipurc. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Multipurc website, software, applications, plugins, themes, APIs, SaaS products, digital services, and related platforms (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully before creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any Multipurc Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Services immediately.

  • Receive updates included within the purchased plan.

The license does not permit users to:

No ownership rights are transferred to users through the purchase or use of our Services.

Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Infrastructure upgrades

  • Network failures

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Force majeure events

We strive to minimize disruptions and restore normal operations as quickly as reasonably possible.

Temporary downtime does not automatically entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

Multipurc provides customer support through designated communication channels.

Support availability may vary depending on:

By using our Services, users acknowledge that personal information may be collected, processed, and stored as described in that Privacy Policy for the purpose of providing secure and effective software services.

15. Paddle Merchant of Record

All purchases, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and other commercial transactions made through Multipurc are securely processed by Paddle, which acts as the official Merchant of Record (MoR) for our digital products and SaaS services.

As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for:

  • Secure payment processing

  • Payment authorization

  • Invoice generation and delivery

  • Collection and remittance of applicable VAT, GST, and sales taxes

  • Payment compliance and financial regulations

  • Fraud prevention measures

  • Customer payment security

By completing a purchase on Multipurc, you acknowledge and agree that Paddle manages the payment transaction on behalf of Multipurc and that your transaction is subject to Paddle's payment processing procedures and applicable financial regulations.

Multipurc does not collect or store complete credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or banking credentials used during checkout.

16. Taxes & VAT

Prices displayed on the Multipurc website may be shown before or after applicable taxes depending on your location and local legal requirements.

Where required by law:

  • VAT may be collected.

  • GST may be collected.

  • Sales tax may be applied.

  • Digital service taxes may be included.

Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable taxes associated with eligible transactions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any additional local tax obligations not collected during checkout are satisfied in accordance with their local laws.

17. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an active subscription at any time through their account or the subscription management process provided with their purchase.

Cancellation will:

  • Prevent future recurring charges.

  • Maintain access until the end of the current paid billing period.

  • Not automatically generate a refund for the current billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law or an approved refund policy.

Lifetime licenses and one-time purchases cannot be canceled after successful delivery because they are not recurring subscriptions.

Users are encouraged to cancel subscriptions before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.

18. Service Modifications

Multipurc continually improves its products and services.

We reserve the right to:

  • Add new features.

  • Remove obsolete functionality.

  • Improve system performance.

  • Modify user interfaces.

  • Update APIs.

  • Change infrastructure.

  • Introduce new subscription plans.

Whenever reasonably possible, significant changes that materially affect users will be communicated in advance.

Continued use of the Services following such updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multipurc and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of business opportunities

  • Loss of data

  • Service interruptions

  • System failures

  • Third-party actions

  • Unauthorized access

  • Business downtime

Our total aggregate liability relating to any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to Multipurc for the applicable product or subscription during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, and those limitations may not apply where prohibited by law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

Multipurc Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multipurc disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Uninterrupted performance

While we work continuously to improve reliability and security, we do not guarantee that the Services will always operate without interruption or that every defect can be immediately corrected.

Users assume responsibility for maintaining appropriate backups of their own data and business information.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Multipurc and its officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of the Services.

  • Your infringement of intellectual property rights.

  • Your violation of applicable laws.

  • Content submitted or distributed through your account.

This obligation survives termination of your account and continued use of the Services.

22. Suspension & Account Termination

Multipurc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that a user:

  • Violates these Terms.

  • Engages in fraudulent activities.

  • Attempts unauthorized access.

  • Distributes malicious software.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Abuses support systems or infrastructure.

  • Uses the Services in a manner that threatens platform security or other users.

Where appropriate, Multipurc may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy violations before permanent termination.

Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations or other responsibilities accrued before termination.

23. Force Majeure

Multipurc shall not be responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Internet outages

  • Power failures

  • Cybersecurity incidents

  • Labor disputes

  • War

  • Civil unrest

  • Pandemic events

During such events, obligations affected by the circumstances may be suspended until normal operations reasonably resume.

24. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing commercial agreements and digital services, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to a court or tribunal with appropriate jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent as closely as possible.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Multipurc Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional written agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between Multipurc and the user regarding the Services.

They supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

27. Changes to These Terms

Multipurc may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect:

  • Security enhancements

  • Operational updates

  • Legal and regulatory requirements

29. Important Payment Statement

All software purchases, subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and digital product transactions on Multipurc are securely processed through Paddle, which serves as the official Merchant of Record (MoR).

Paddle is responsible for:

  • Payment processing

  • Invoice generation

  • Collection and remittance of applicable VAT, GST, and similar taxes

  • Payment compliance and regulatory obligations

  • Transaction security

  • Payment authorization

By completing a purchase through Multipurc, you acknowledge and agree that Paddle processes your payment and manages applicable financial compliance requirements on behalf of Multipurc.

Multipurc does not store complete payment card information or banking credentials used during checkout.
